The product gathers requests, secure upload links, automatic reminders, status and history in one place, so the firm can see which clients are missing documentation and follow up without writing the same messages again. The goal is not to replace Tripletex, Fiken, PowerOffice or other professional systems, but to make document chasing more structured, traceable and less manual for small and medium-sized accounting teams.
